We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on The Calm Coach System course.

If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of your purchase date -- no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to:

Please include the following information to help us process your request quickly:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your purchase
• Your approximate date of purchase

That is all you need. No lengthy explanations required.

Refund Eligibility

• Eligible: Refund requests received within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Not Eligible: Refund requests received after the 5-day window has passed.

The 5-day period begins on the date of purchase (the date your payment was processed), not the date you first accessed the Course.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and confirmed:

• Your refund will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and returned to your original payment method (the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase).
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to The Calm Coach System course will be revoked. This includes access to all course materials, videos, worksheets, and any other resources included with your purchase.

If you wish to re-enroll in the future, you are welcome to purchase the Course again at the then-current price.

Payment Plans

If you purchased the Course on a payment plan and request a refund within the 5-day window:

• Any payments already made will be refunded in full.
• Any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.
• Your course access will be revoked.
