1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing The Calm Coach System course ("the Course") offered by Teach My Teen To Drive ("TMTTD," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "the User," or "the Parent") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Course.
Your purchase and continued use of the Course constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use in their entirety.
2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER -- THIS IS NOT DRIVER'S EDUCATION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
The Calm Coach System is an educational resource designed to help parents and guardians coach their teens during supervised practice driving sessions. It provides guidance, strategies, and techniques for making practice driving sessions more productive and less stressful.
The Calm Coach System is NOT:
- A licensed, certified, or state-approved driver's education course
- A substitute for any state-mandated driver's education program
- A program that certifies, qualifies, or authorizes any person to operate a motor vehicle
- A replacement for professional driving instruction from a licensed driving school or instructor
- A program that satisfies any legal or regulatory requirement for driver training or licensing
You understand and agree that:
- Your teen MUST comply with all applicable state, provincial, and local laws regarding driver's education, learner's permits, licensing requirements, and supervised driving regulations.
- Completion of this Course does NOT fulfill any legal requirement for driver's education or training in any jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with your state's or jurisdiction's specific requirements for teen driver education and licensing.
- This Course does not replace the need for your teen to complete any state-mandated driver's education program, if required by your jurisdiction.
3. Assumption of Risk
DRIVING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. By using this Course and applying any of the techniques, strategies, or suggestions provided, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Operating a motor vehicle carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, property damage, and death.
- You, as the parent or guardian, assume full and complete responsibility for your teen's safety and the safety of others during all practice driving sessions, regardless of whether you are applying concepts from this Course.
- TMTTD, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, or fatalities that occur during or as a result of any driving practice sessions.
- The information in this Course is general in nature and may not account for your specific vehicle, local road conditions, weather, traffic patterns, or your teen's individual abilities and limitations.
- You agree to use your own judgment and exercise reasonable caution at all times during practice driving sessions.
- You will ensure that your teen holds a valid learner's permit or license as required by your jurisdiction before any practice driving session.
By purchasing and using this Course, you expressly release and hold harmless TMTTD and all associated parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Course content during driving practice sessions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within The Calm Coach System, including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, images, graphics, worksheets, templates, curricula, and any other materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Teach My Teen To Drive.
"The Calm Coach System" is a trademark of Teach My Teen To Drive. You may not use this name, mark, or any confusingly similar variation for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Course materials with any third party
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Course content
- Create derivative works based on the Course materials
- Record, screenshot, or capture Course content for redistribution
- Use Course materials to create a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and may subject you to legal action.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
- If a payment plan is offered and you fail to complete all scheduled payments, your access to the Course may be suspended or revoked until payment is made in full.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@teachmyteentodrive.com within the 5-day window.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
After a refund is issued, your access to the Course will be revoked.

7. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Course, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and making purchases.
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share your login information with others.
- Use the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Not attempt to access the Course through unauthorized means, including hacking, scraping, or circumventing any access controls.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Supervise all teen driving practice sessions in accordance with your local laws, regardless of Course content.
- Not hold TMTTD responsible for outcomes resulting from your application of Course concepts.
8. Course Access and Availability
- We strive to maintain consistent access to the Course but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Course content at any time to improve the learning experience.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use.
- Technical issues beyond our control (server outages, internet connectivity, etc.) do not entitle you to a refund outside of the 5-day refund window.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- TMTTD provides the Course on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Course will meet your specific expectations, produce specific results, or be error-free.
- TMTTD, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or property damage during driving practice
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Course content
- Any interruption or cessation of Course availability
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TMTTD, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Course
- Your violation of these Terms of Use
- Any driving practice sessions conducted by you or your teen
- Any claim by a third party related to your use of the Course
11. Governing Law
